Our client is looking for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work across a large globally renowned government contract covering the North London area. As one of the world’s largest FM companies, they can offer a fantastic package with salary, bonuses, benefits, health care scheme and much more. The ideal candidate will join a team of 15 engineers working across 40 sites in North London, covering the boroughs of Barnet, Islington, Hackney, Enfield, Haringey, and Camden.

Job Accountabilities:

  • The completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Ensuring reactive repairs are completed in accordance with contractual SLAs
  • The diagnosis and repair of faults on systems
  • Ensuring that all record keeping functions are completed as instructed by the Contract Manager
  • Completing tasks to the highest standards of workmanship and safety

A recognised industry plumbing or heating qualification will be required (e.g. City & Guilds), and previous experience is essential. Strong knowledge of commercial systems and a background in a similar role are necessary. Ability to obtain a counter terrorism clearance (CTC).
