We are recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator with PA experience to work on a large scale mobilisation project on national engineering accounts, based from the Leeds area. To provide administrative support and assistance to both the works and projects departments in the co‐ordination and implementation of projects for the designated areas. The role will be directly supporting the Project Managers and providing diary management, appointment booking and data entry tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience coupled with practical operational experience within a project, mobilisation or business changes environment. Must have experience of PA duties, diary management, report generation and data entry. You will also be used to planning and organising your workload and be able to operate under pressure and to set deadlines. The ideal candidate will also be literate with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
The role may also lead to progression into PM duties directly and would suit a driven and career minded candidate looking to work through and up the sector.
