Our client is offering the opportunity to work with one of the world's leading facilities management companies, based in South West London, as an Air Conditioning Engineer! The successful candidate will integrate into a well established team of in-house engineers & subcontractors, responsible for the maintenance of a number of different buildings across a large site. The candidate will be working inside a commercial environment which includes numerous television studios, workshops, offices, warehouses and some critical facilities undertaking maintenance and repairs, electrical works, compliance, and general building services.
Responsibilities:
- Complete air conditioning maintenance & reactive work across several large commercial sites.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works when needed.
- Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services.
- React efficiently to client's SLA expectations to a high standard.
- Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
- Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair.
- Carry out pre-planned maintenance, attend service calls, diagnose and repair faults with air conditioning and refrigeration in commercial and industrial environments.
- Provide technical support to other engineers.
- Be a part of a call-out rota.
- Keeping logbooks up to date.
Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation.
- F-Gas 2079 or Cat 1.
- Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities.
