Our client has the most amazing Property Portfolio! It includes stunning hotels and high residential sites which they develop, own and operate. Their continued growth means we are now looking for a Sustainability and ESG Manager to join them at the London HQ. This role needs a strong all-rounder who can manage and develop company strategy and policy around ESG, Net Zero, CSR, Circular Economy, Green Initiatives, Values and Ethics.
The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to sustainability matters in a Real Estate Development or Group Hospitality context. You will lead and drive the sustainability strategy and align activities both strategically and commercially. Your communication and presentation skills will be well polished and engaging.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility programmes and Net Zero strategy
- Lead on the relationship with key ESG rating agencies and co-ordinate projects to deliver ESG products and services across the organisation
- Be the subject matter expert on ESG trends, concepts, targets and strategy and horizon scan for ESG regulations and develop knowledge of the key regulations
- Work with other internal departments and the community on the implementation of an environmental management system, policies and procedures that are able to provide a framework for the effective management of our environmental activities
- Engage confidently with key internal and external business stakeholders to engage, incite and deliver our values, ethics and sustainability objectives.
- Produce and deliver reports about our ESG and sustainability strategy and the delivery progress to internal / external stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working in CSR, sustainability and ESG role.
- Demonstrable experience in the development of environmental and sustainability strategies with a good understanding of scope 1,2 & 3 reporting and Net Zero target setting and delivery
- Experience of managing complex projects across multiple organisations, working with internal and external stakeholders
- ESG experience within some of the following areas: Green products / sustainable finance / Wider environmental / sustainability activities /policy / Social factors / D&I / Human Rights / Modern Slavery / Supply chain / Circular economy ESG Regulation inc. TCFD / SFDR
- Experience in presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of the business
