The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The company will take on a Multi Skilled Domestic Gas Engineer that wants to train up to a Commercial Gas engineer in the future. Normal working hours Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.

The successful candidate will be expected to take charge of the sites they work on and manage all aspects of their work. This would be a very good role for an engineer looking to develop their time management skills and expand their knowledge.

As a Multi Skilled Gas Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the reactive maintenance and PPM tasks on the site are done on time and to schedule while looking after your own workload. Whilst on site, you will be carrying out a range of building maintenance and reactive work. This could be anything from a simple lamp change or emergency light test to a 6 month or annual test, to an emergency breakdown that will require thinking on your feet to get resolved ASAP to ensure minimum disruption to the client.

Whilst on site, you might also be required from time to time to carry out some general reactive building works, such as replacing a ceiling tile or putting a door handle back on.

  • Domestic or Commercial Gas tickets
  • Multi Skilled knowledge or additional trade qualifications ideal
  • Demonstrate experience in maintenance and repair of a wide and varied range of electrical systems and mechanical systems
  • Undertake reactive repair and fault finding on various systems and equipment
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete all report sheets
  • Maintenance of lighting systems and emergency light testing
