We have an incredible opportunity with a massive client of ours, they are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer with previous FM experience to come onboard and work across multiple contracts covering London & South East.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate electronic reports.
- Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated reports.
- Being on a call out rota to provide the clients with full out of hours cover.
- Assisting other team members when required or as directed from the Contracts Manager.
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales and within budget.
- Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- FGAS City & Guilds 2079/11
- Brazing experience
- Strong knowledge & experience of split systems
- Knowledge of VRV's & VRF's
