Our client is one of the UK's leading active entertainment brands who are looking for a Group Facilities Manager to join their team. They provide experience-led leisure in settings that department stores and retail giants once dominated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of building fabric, plant and equipment at all our clients' locations through PPM and reactive maintenance strategies, ensuring delivery of high standards and high quality.
- Procurement, management of and co-ordination with third parties appointed to provide facilities & compliance inspection services including, but not limited to: plant, activity equipment, pest control and fixtures & fittings.
- Ensuring that legal compliance is upheld at our clients' locations, including environmental, security and H&S standards, pertaining to on-site building fabrics and facilities.
- Delivery and upkeep of a comprehensive asset register and PPM programme of works, comprising works completed by in-house maintenance personnel and outsourced contracts.
- Provide effective leadership to direct reports such as in-house Maintenance Technicians and provide direction/training to on-site Gravity teams to ensure basic maintenance is completed when required & correctly.
- Effective management and ownership of allocated facilities budgets.
