As the technical lead, you will report into the National Facilities Director and will have responsibilities for the following areas:

  • Building systems such as HV Electrical Systems, HVAC, Gases, Legionella control, BMS, Chillers, Air Conditioning and Controls.
  • Issuing permits to work and ensuring safe work practices of contractors.
  • Manage and attend contractor review meetings to ensure great value and effective communication.
  • Plan and execute project management schedules for refurbishments and small works.
  • Ensure accurate details on the asset database which is linked to the CAFM system.
  • Review PPM programmes to ensure all statutory compliance is being completed.

This is a great job for a Technical Manager who loves variety and enjoys travelling. You will be expected to visit the London HQ at least twice a week and some overnight stays may be required. Travel is a big part of this role and you must be comfortable with this.

Qualifications:

Working client side, you will be an Electrically Biased Manager, with extensive experience of managing projects and contractors to ensure that the FM contract is being managed effectively to ensure the safe running of this large UK portfolio. You will hold the following qualifications: HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, NEBOSH or IOSH as minimum standard.
