Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work. Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in compliance with internal regulations and external legislation governing the Business Operations. Capable of working independently and completing all documentation.

Practical experience carrying out Fabric related PPMs in line with industry standards or equivalent with wide-ranging skills in Reactive and Repair work. Capable of undertaking Reactive Repairs and Small Projects with minimal supervision. Experience in small PPM tasks such as visual checks, putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, etc.

Minimum of 2 years working as a Fabric Person on Commercial/Industrial facilities. Deliver PPM relating primarily to Building Fabric in line with agreed programmes/SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance. Completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested. Provide Service Support as part of a team providing quality service delivery 24/7.
