As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth at Kpler, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You will own demand generation across digital and organic channels, optimize website conversion rates (CRO), and build and execute paid media, SEO/AEO, and content marketing strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase lead volume, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality leads and qualified pipeline.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, experimentation, and ROI optimization across regions and products.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to strengthen Kpler’s organic acquisition.
  • Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives by optimizing content structure, messaging, and site architecture for AI-driven search and conversational queries.
  • Continuously improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, UX and messaging optimization, landing page performance analysis, and personalization.
  • Lead website redesign and optimization projects from a marketing and CRO perspective, partnering with product marketing, design and development teams.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across paid and organic channels.
  • Track and optimize key metrics (CPA, conversion rates, pipeline contribution), build actionable insights, and report on acquisition effectiveness to marketing and revenue stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing in a B2B SaaS, data, or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns with clear ROI impact.
  • Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (programmatic, ABM platforms, or additional channels are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of budget management, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience owning website performance and conversion rate optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, UX and messaging improvements, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience leading or contributing to website redesign or major web optimization projects from a marketing perspective.

Desirable

  • Commodities & maritime industry experience.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and growing exposure to AEO, including optimizing content and site structure for LLM-based search and AI-driven discovery.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing key acquisition and funnel metrics (CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
  • Comfortable working with analytics, building attribution models, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools and web analytics tools.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with RevOps, MarOps, Product Marketing, designers and developers.
