Overview
In this Senior Data Analyst role, you own the revenue intelligence pillar within the Business Intelligence team, building and maintaining data models and reporting for ARR, retention, pipeline, churn, and renewals.
You’ll integrate data from Salesforce and subscription billing systems, model it in Big Query, and deliver insights via Looker and AI-assisted tools.
You’ll operate between data engineering and commercial analytics, turning questions into measurable metrics.
You’ll influence finance and sales decisions by ensuring accurate, timely revenue data and quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Own governed revenue datasets in Big Query for ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline, churn, and renewal reporting across Sales, CS, Rev Ops, and Finance
- Model data from Salesforce and billing systems into clean, documented reporting tables with clear grain and definitions
- Build and maintain Look ML models, Explores, and dashboards for revenue reporting with consistent naming and quality standards
- Deliver end-to-end analytics from requirements to dashboards, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to internal AI revenue analytics tools by curating datasets and testing outputs
- Implement data quality checks to catch duplicates, mixed-grain issues, missing filters, and reconciliation gaps
- Investigate and resolve revenue data escalations and improve underlying processes
- Apply software engineering practices to the BI codebase (versioning, peer review, testing, documentation)
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, IT, Product, and Finance to translate business questions into metrics and deliverables
- Explain revenue metrics to non-technical stakeholders and enable self-serve data through AI-assisted tools
- Key requirements
- 5+ years in analytics/BI/data roles, with at least 2 years owning a data domain end-to-end
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on Big Query (or equivalent)
- Solid data modelling knowledge (grain, dimensional modelling, deduplication, SCDs)
- Production experience with Looker and Look ML (models, Explores, dashboards)
- Experience with B2B Saa S data, CRM data like Salesforce and/or billing data like Stripe
- Experience with revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, pipeline, renewals)
- Comfort with Git workflows and treating BI code as production software
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
