As the Campaign Manager – Trading & Tools, you will lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated growth marketing campaigns for Kpler’s trading business units. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Directors of Business Units, Sales, and Regional Marketers, you will gather requirements, define campaign objectives, and orchestrate cross‑functional efforts to launch new products and drive ongoing demand. You will collaborate with external agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns are well‑coordinated, localised and optimised for performance. Success in this role will be measured by on‑time delivery, adherence to budget, and the ability to demonstrate campaign ROI through data‑driven insights.

  • Stakeholder coordination & requirements gathering: Serve as the liaison between Product Marketing, Business Unit Directors, Sales, Business Development and Growth Marketing to collect campaign briefs, timelines, and performance goals. Translate stakeholder needs into a detailed campaign plan, including messaging, channel mix, asset requirements, and budget allocation.
  • Campaign strategy & execution: Develop and execute integrated campaign roadmaps for product launches, feature releases, and evergreen demand‑generation programs across selected maritime business units.
  • Project management: Own end‑to‑end project management: build timelines, manage task owners, mitigate risk and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Performance measurement & analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign; conduct post‑campaign analysis, synthesising data from CRM to surface insights and actionable recommendations. Work with Marketing Operations to ensure data cleanliness and iterate on campaign elements to improve ROI.
  • Budget & vendor management: Monitor campaign budgets and track spend against projections. Manage relationships with external agencies, negotiate scopes of work, and ensure deliverables align with budget and timeline.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the commodity trading sector, with a proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis.
  • Project management expertise: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns across different business units. Experience with project management tools to build and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Data & analytics proficiency: Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Ability to translate data into clear, concise reports and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Marketing skillset: Solid understanding of demand generation tactics, including digital advertising, email marketing, ABM and event marketing.
  • Soft skills: Initiative‑driven mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and a strong sense of ownership over campaign outcomes. Collaborative team player who can build trust quickly and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing assets.
  • Stakeholder & vendor management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Sales, Regional Marketers) and external agencies. Experience managing external partners, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline.
