About the role
As the Marketing Campaign Manager – Maritime, you will lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated growth marketing campaigns for Kpler’s maritime business units. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Directors of Business Units, Sales, and Regional Marketers, you will gather requirements, define campaign objectives, and orchestrate cross-functional efforts to drive ongoing demand. You will collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are well-coordinated, localised, and optimised for performance. Success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and the ability to demonstrate campaign ROI through data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Stakeholder coordination & requirements gathering: Serve as the primary liaison between Product Marketing, Business Unit Directors, Sales, and Growth Marketing to collect campaign briefs, timelines, and performance goals. Translate stakeholder needs into a detailed campaign plan, including messaging, channel mix, asset requirements, and budget allocation.
- Campaign strategy & planning: Develop integrated campaign roadmaps for product launches, feature releases, and evergreen demand-generation programs across selected maritime business units.
- Project management & execution: Own end-to-end project management: build timelines, manage task owners, mitigate risk, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce creative assets and manage production timelines. Engage regional marketing teams to localise campaign assets – translations, region-specific collateral, etc.
- Performance measurement & analytics: Define KPIs for each campaign and establish dashboards for real-time monitoring. Conduct post-campaign analysis to surface insights and actionable recommendations. Work with Marketing Operations to ensure data cleanliness and iterate on campaign elements to improve ROI.
- Budget & vendor management: Monitor campaign budgets and track spend against projections. Manage relationships with external agencies, negotiate scopes of work, and ensure deliverables align with budget and timeline.
About you
- Experience: 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or commodities industry, with a proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis.
- Project management expertise: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns across different business units. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) to build and maintain detailed project plans.
- Data & analytics proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Ability to translate data into clear, concise reports and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder & vendor management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Sales, Regional Marketers) and external agencies. Experience managing external partners, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline.
Other considerations:
- Locations: remote in the UK
- Candidates must have the right to work and live in the UK. Sponsorship is not provided.
