Kpler is building the next generation of chartering workflow and intelligence products, bringing together market data, vessel intelligence, and execution workflows across the chartering lifecycle. Following the launch of Kpler Chartering, we are investing heavily in a unified chartering product suite that serves charterers, brokers, and owners.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep domain understanding of chartering workflows to lead this effort end-to-end. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of market intelligence, workflow software, and commercial execution.
Your mission is to:
- Define and own a 6–18 month product vision and roadmap for chartering workflows, aligned with market needs and company strategy
- Lead product discovery and delivery across initiatives such as Chartering workflows, and Inbox integrations
- Translate complex chartering processes into scalable product solutions
- Coordinate large, cross-crew engineering efforts, proactively identifying dependencies and delivery risks
- Ship high-impact product initiatives with clear commercial and customer outcomes
- Use qualitative customer insight and quantitative metrics to assess and improve product performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, GTM, Solutions, Data, and Engineering to ensure strong adoption and value realization
- Represent product strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior leadership
- Monitor competitive and industry developments to keep Kpler Chartering ahead of market expectations
This could be a match if you are or have:
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or workflow-driven products
- Strong domain experience in chartering, specifically with workflows
- Proven experience owning complex products from discovery through delivery
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex products
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
Desirable:
- Prior experience in maritime software, trading, or chartering platforms
- Background as a broker, charterer, operator, or domain expert transitioned into product
- Experience with competing workflow products
- Exposure to both data/intelligence products and execution workflows
