Your Mission

Own how institutional capital accesses KPK. Institutional allocators are increasingly seeking credible, auditable exposure to on-chain yield, and KPK is well-positioned to serve as their counterpart. This role exists to close that gap: converting institutional interest into committed allocations across our three product lines, and building the distribution infrastructure to do it at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and convert relationships with institutional allocators (asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices) into committed allocations;
  • Translate complex on-chain yield strategies into clear investment conviction, driving capital inflows from experienced allocators;
  • Identify and develop strategic opportunities, including partnerships, co-investment structures, and distribution agreements that expand KPK's institutional reach;
  • Contribute directly to product structuring and go-to-market strategy for new fund and vault products;
  • Represent KPK at senior investor meetings, conferences, and industry forums relevant to institutional DeFi adoption.

About Us

KPK is a non-custodial on-chain asset manager, active since 2021. We have managed over $2B in treasury assets for leading DeFi DAOs, including Balancer, CoW Protocol, Uniswap, Gnosis, and ENS, without a single loss of funds. We operate across three product lines: treasury management for DAO and institutional clients; curated vaults on Morpho, Euler, and Gearbox; and actively managed tokenised funds built on our proprietary on-chain fund infrastructure. Our edge is operational: non-custodial settlement, on-chain transparency, and a five-year track record of managing complex DeFi strategies without custody risk.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and location
  • Performance bonus linked to AUM growth
  • Flexible, globally distributed setup. 100% remote
  • Direct interaction with leadership and meaningful influence over strategic direction
  • Lean environment with no bureaucratic overhead

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of closing $50M+ allocations from institutional LPs (family office CIOs, hedge fund allocators, or asset management platforms);
  • Ability to walk a sophisticated investor through an on-chain yield strategy, delta-neutral positioning, liquidity risk, smart contract risk controls, and convert that conversation into a commitment;
  • Deep existing network of trusted relationships with institutional allocators;
  • Prior experience in capital markets, institutional distribution, or alternatives at an asset manager, bank, or leading crypto/DeFi firm;
  • Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with DeFi-native counterparties and internal product teams;
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a lean, senior team.
