The Opportunity
This is a high-impact senior role at the heart of our operations. You will lead the full project lifecycle across our security service portfolio from contract mobilisation and budget management to performance analytics and client engagement. You will work alongside senior leadership to drive strategic improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable value across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Operational Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of business and operational projects across all security contracts.
- Oversee multi-site security operations, ensuring consistent service quality and performance standards.
- Manage contract mobilisation, client onboarding, and transition of new accounts.
- Develop and maintain a centralised security knowledge base, including policies, procedures, and operational references.
- Own project budgets - tracking spend against forecasts, controlling costs, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Develop robust business cases for new security investments and operational changes.
- Conduct financial performance reviews, providing clear and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Manage large-scale programme budgets with strong data management and business analysis capabilities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks across all projects.
- Ensure full compliance with SIA regulations, UK security standards, and relevant audit requirements.
