Electrical Improvers and Electrician's Mates Required
Location: Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne
Duration: Immediate Start, Work Available Until End of 2026
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Pay: Negotiable Depending on Experience
KP Jones Electrical is looking for reliable and hardworking Electrical Improvers and Electrician's Mates to join our team on a large student accommodation refurbishment project on Newcastle Quayside. This is a long-term opportunity with work available through to the end of the year for the right candidates.
Duties will include:
- First fix and second fix electrical installations
- Site temporary power installations and maintenance
- Safe isolation procedures
- Testing and commissioning assistance
- General electrical installation works
- Working alongside qualified electricians as part of a professional team
Requirements:
- Previous electrical installation experience
- ECS Card preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Own tools preferred
