Job Overview We're hiring for a Sales Manager with a specialist engineering technology business based in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to final purchase, combining technical understanding with a consultative sales approach. Benefits * Mon - Fri | 9am - 5pm * £35,000 - £40,000 p/a * 25 days holiday (+ banks) * Uncapped bonus (targeted quarterly) * Private medical insurance * Pension scheme * Company mobile & laptop * Long‑term progression within a growing UK operation * Supportive business with strong customer relationships Responsibilities * Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to demonstration and close * Generating new business while handling incoming enquiries * Identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships across the UK * Demonstrating technical equipment and solutions to clients * Managing accounts and acting as the main contact for after‑sales support * Recording activity, leads and orders within the CRM system * Working proactively to meet and exceed sales targets * Supporting sales and marketing activity in new markets * Attending exhibitions, customer visits and supplier training when required Qualifications * Experience in sales, technical sales, or a customer‑facing role * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills * A proactive, target‑driven mindset * Good organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload * Ideally some knowledge of construction products (windows, doors, or similar), but training can be provided Interested?
