We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Fitter to be part of an exciting multi-year project at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

What will you be doing as a Vehicle Fitter?
- Working on one of the largest MOD projects ever awarded
- Maintaining and repairing HGVs and heavy-duty military vehicles
- Diagnosing faults using technical manuals & diagnostic tools
- Implementing safety, quality, and compliance procedures
- Collaborating with a skilled team in a high-tech environment
What do you need?
- 5+ years’ experience as a Heavy Mechanical Fitter
- Mechanical Engineering Certification (City & Guilds / NVQ) - desirable
- Experience in vehicle assembly or maintenance (desirable)
- A military background (advantageous)
- Excellent problem-solving & teamwork skills
