We’re hiring for a confident and motivated individual who is interested in developing a career within recruitment. As one of our Recruitment Consultants based at our town centre Glossop branch, you’ll be part of a vibrant sales office where you’ll manage and grow your client base. No two days will be the same and you’ll be backed by a very supportive team. What’s on offer? * Starting salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE (first year OTE £32K – £38K) * Uncapped commission structure * 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (early finish Fridays) 35 hrs p/w * 33 days holiday (rising to 38) * An extra holiday for your birthday * The option to buy and sell your holidays * Free gym membership * Christmas & Summer parties * Parking permit for town centre car parks * Regular company events, rewards and celebrations for a job well done! * A structured career progression plan * Ongoing internal & external training to develop you into an industry expert * Cycle to work scheme What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant? * Using your business development skills to generate new leads and introducing your service to new clients both over the phone and face to face * Working closely with clients to develop and execute recruiting strategies * Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers * Working to weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and generating new ideas to help towards achieving these targets * Sourcing candidates using job boards, our large database and your networking skills * Acting as the first point of contact for candidates who have queries about their application, interview, placement etc. What do we need from you? * Sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred) * Driving licence and your own vehicle * A positive attitude, fantastic people skills, customer service focused * GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths & English * An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with the confidence and competence required to communicate and build relationships with a full range of people * Excellent organisation skills and good working knowledge Microsoft Office We’re passionate about what we do, so having the right attitude is extremely important to us.
