We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing manufacturer of technical inspection equipment in Droylsden. This is a role suited to someone with at least 2 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, supply chain or a similar target-driven environment, as you will be processing customer orders, managing enquiries and supporting international sales activity.

- Mon – Thu | 8:30am – 5pm
- Friday | 8:30am – 3pm

What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?
- Processing customer orders and coordinating them from receipt through to dispatch
- Managing order queries, stock availability and delivery schedules
- Handling customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining customer and distributor records, including contact and account details
- Accurately updating CRM and ERP systems, including Epicor
- Tracking sales activity, enquiries, conversions and order progress
- Acting as the voice of the customer when working with supply chain, technical support and marketing teams
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service activities
- Assisting with integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Generating and following up on new business leads
- Developing product knowledge to support enquiries, recommendations and sales activity
- Helping ensure customer orders and system data are entered correctly first time
What will you need?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, sales support, customer service, product management, business development or a similar role
- Experience working in a target-driven and results-focused environment
- Experience in customer service, sales order processing and associated administration
- A track record in customer management or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Sales, customer service or supply chain-related experience or qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems
- Competence using Microsoft Word and Excel
