Quality Manager

Are you a skilled leader in quality and health & safety management? We’re looking for a QEHS Manager to oversee critical operations in a high-precision manufacturing environment based in Altrincham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape quality standards and drive continuous improvement within a leading company in an exciting and ever evolving industry., * Leading the quality control team and ensuring compliance with EH&S regulations

• Overseeing quality processes across manufacturing, from goods-in to final product release

• Training and mentoring staff to ensure quality standards are met

• Conducting internal and external audits to ensure ISO compliance

• Collaborating with technical, production, and commercial teams to optimise processes

• Reporting quality metrics to senior management and identifying areas for improvement

• Ensuring all products meet customer specifications and conducting root cause analysis for quality issues

• Proven experience in a quality and health & safety management role, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to drive continuous improvement and lead a team to meet industry standards

• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (desirable)

• Up to £55,000 per year (d.o.e)

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)

• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

• Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
