We’re hiring for a Team Leader to join a market-leading manufacturer based in Glossop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll oversee key workstations including Production, Quality Control, and Wrapping, helping to maintain output, quality, and a safe working environment. You’ll be responsible for guiding a small team, ensuring production runs smoothly and that all processes are followed to the highest standard. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing or joinery who’s ready to step into a leadership position or build on their existing team management experience.
