In this role, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to final purchase, combining technical understanding with a consultative sales approach.

- Supportive business with strong customer relationships What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to demonstration and close
- Generating new business while handling incoming enquiries
- Identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships across the UK
- Demonstrating technical equipment and solutions to clients
- Managing accounts and acting as the main contact for after-sales support
- Recording activity, leads and orders within the CRM system
- Working proactively to meet and exceed sales targets
- Supporting sales and marketing activity in new markets
- Attending exhibitions, customer visits and supplier training when required What will you need?
- Experience in sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload
- Ideally some knowledge of construction products (windows, doors, or similar), but training can be provided Interested?
