We’re hiring for a Production Technician to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Little Hulton, Salford. In this role, you will be assembling, testing and fault-finding precision pipeline inspection systems in a modern workshop.

What will you be doing as a Production Technician?
- Assembling and building sub-assemblies and finished products from works orders
- Picking parts, using tools/equipment and soldering to a good standard
- Fault-finding and repairing electrical & mechanical assemblies
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet standards
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with goods-in when required
- Participating in stock takes and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Supporting production plans, covering absences and promoting lean improvements
What will you need?
- Experience in a manufacturing/production assembly environment
- Ability to solder and fault-find on electrical/mechanical products
- HNC in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
