We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a global engineering manufacturer in Little Hulton. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, good assembly skills, and confidence working with both electrical and mechanical components.

- Mon – Fri | 7am – 3:30pm OR 8am – 4:30pm

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
- Assembling sub-assemblies and finished products
- Working with electrical and mechanical components
- Soldering to a high standard
- Using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Following assembly procedures and technical instructions
- Supporting daily and weekly production targets
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting defects where required
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
What will you need?
- Previous assembly or production experience
- Good soldering skills
- Electrical or mechanical assembly background
- Confidence using hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
