Laser Operator

We\’re hiring for a Laser Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Poynton.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in laser operation, working with cutting-edge machinery to produce high-quality components for a wide range of applications.

* Rotating shift pattern
* Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

What will you be doing as a Laser Operator?
* Operating BLM tube laser machines to cut steel up to 8mm thick
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate output
* Monitoring the cutting process and making machine adjustments where required
* Ensuring the quality of finished products meets the required specifications
What do you need?
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Previous laser operation experience (desirable)
* Previous CNC machine experience (desirable)
