We are currently on the lookout for a Joiner to join a large commercial services provider based in and around Buxton, High Peak. This role will see you undertaking a variety of carpentry and general maintenance tasks, working primarily on council housing stock as well as non-housing commercial properties. What’s on offer? * £31,415 per year * Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (37 hour week) * 28 days holiday * Company van * Standard pension scheme What will you be doing as a Joiner? * Carrying out 1st and 2nd FIX carpentry tasks including fitting internal doors, kitchens, skirting, and architraves * Performing minor plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering duties * Roof repairs, including fibre glassing and handling slates and tiles * Groundworks, including flagging, drainage, and repairs to gutters and vent pipes * Providing supervision and guidance to apprentices and trainees when required * Ensuring work adheres to all Health & Safety legislation What do you need? * An NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery * Extensive joinery experience, including kitchen installations * Familiarity with plumbing & plastering Apply today for consideration or speak with John at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
