We’re hiring for a Joinery Supervisor to join a growing production team, overseeing the build and installation of bespoke projects including exhibition stands, displays, signage and interior fit-outs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong bench hand joinery experience who can lead by example, maintain high quality standards and support projects from workshop build through to site installation.

  • Mon – Fri | 7:30am – 4pm

What will you be doing as a Joinery Supervisor?

  • Carrying out high-quality bench hand joinery and assembly work
  • Supervising day-to-day workshop activities and supporting the production team
  • Overseeing build quality, timelines, and health & safety standards
  • Working from drawings and project specifications
  • Supporting installations and pull-downs on-site when required
  • Using hand tools, workshop machinery, and assembly equipment
  • Troubleshooting issues on the workshop floor and escalating where needed
  • Supporting and mentoring team members throughout projects

What will you need?

  • Strong bench hand joinery experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior joinery role
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Good understanding of workshop health & safety
  • Willingness to work away when required
  • A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
