We’re hiring for a HR Manager to join a purpose-led, growing organisation based in Warwickshire. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance and a consistently positive employee experience across the business.

What will you be doing as a HR Manager?
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, documentation)
- Maintaining accurate HR data, systems, and records (HRIS)
- Supporting payroll inputs, benefits administration and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and governance
- Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries and support
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiency across HR
- Supporting internal initiatives focused on engagement, culture, and employee experience
- Managing documentation, SOPs, and internal guidelines
- Contributing to wider people projects and system improvements
What will you need?
- Previous experience in a HR or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Experience using HR systems
- Confident handling confidential information
