We’re looking for a TIG Welder to join a specialist manufacturing business in Chapel-en-le-Frith. This is a 6 week temporary role suited to someone with at least 2 years of TIG welding experience, as you will be carrying out jig work and TIG welding stainless steel components for HGV truck bars.

What will you be doing as a TIG Welder?
- Carrying out TIG welding on stainless steel
- Working with materials between 1.6mm - 2.3mm
- Completing jig work
- Welding truck bars for HGVs
- Working on products used by manufacturers including Volvo, Scania and DAF
What will you need?
- At least 2 years of TIG welding experience
- Experience TIG welding stainless steel
- Confidence working with thinner materials
- Ability to carry out jig-based welding work
- TIG welding experience on aluminium (nice to have)
