Join our growing team at KPIT in Coventry and play a vital role in the future of ADAS technology! We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Classic AUTOSAR–based ADAS ECU programs within the OEM vehicle architecture ecosystem. This role owns end‑to‑end delivery of safety‑critical ADAS software platforms, coordinating internal engineering teams and Tier‑1 suppliers to ensure alignment with vehicle program milestones (VP, DV, PV, SOP). The TPM will act as the central technical authority across ADAS perception/control software, E/E architecture, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and Vehicle Integration teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Classic AUTOSAR‑based ADAS ECU programs (Camera ECU, Radar ECU, Fusion ECU, Domain Controller).
- Align ECU software delivery with vehicle program milestones.
- Drive technical evaluation during RFQ and supplier selection.
- Oversee architecture and integration of AUTOSAR layered architecture (Application, RTE, BSW, MCAL).
- Integrate complex device drivers for high‑performance sensors.
- Implement communication stacks: CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, DoIP.
- Develop diagnostics: UDS, OBD readiness.
- Enable bootloader & OTA.
- Optimize memory & NvM for high data throughput systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (ASIL B–D), ISO/SAE 21434, AUTOSAR Classic Platform guidelines, Automotive SPICE (ASPICE L2/L3).
- Executive communication and risk‑driven escalation management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science.
- 12+ years in automotive embedded systems.
- 6+ years leading safety‑critical ECU programs.
- Strong experience in Classic AUTOSAR BSW integration & configuration.
- Deep knowledge of Ethernet‑based ADAS communication, UDS diagnostics, Bootloader & flashing strategy, Functional Safety lifecycle (ASIL B–D), Cybersecurity risk assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ADAS Domain Controller programs.
- Exposure to Adaptive AUTOSAR (advantage).
- PMP / SAFe certification.
- Experience managing global Tier‑1 suppliers.
