The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join KPI Recruiting! Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, such as Linked In Recruiter Screen CV s and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate qualifications Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
