You will be… Creating PPM jobs, managing reactive call-outs, scheduling visits and preparing quotes Coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring work meets agreed SLAs Updating customers on job progress, quotes, parts and lead times Handling customer calls, emails and queries professionally Managing parts, stock orders and subcontractor bookings Preparing health and safety paperwork, including RAMS and permits to work Updating CRM systems, spreadsheets and customer portals Processing job sheets, certificates, costs and invoices Providing administrative support to the Key Account Manager and wider team You will have… Previous experience in administration, coordination or a busy office environment Fire and security industry experience, or similar (desirable) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently or within a team A proactive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving What's on offer? £29,000 per annum 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Monday to Friday working hours Opportunities for career progression within the fire and security department APPLY NOW!
