KPI Recruiting is currently seeking a Sous Chef for our client based in Stirling.

Working hours and days:

  • Friday and Saturday
  • 10:00am - 10:00pm

Pay rate: GBP 18.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up the kitchen before opening
  • Preparing specific kitchen stations with necessary ingredients
  • Cooking designated portions of plated meals
  • Assisting with marinating, cutting, and pre-cooking foods
  • Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen area after shifts
  • Properly storing unused items
  • Creative food plating to enhance customer experience
  • Using fresh ingredients
