Meat Production Operative - Full Training Provided
Sherborne | £13.50 per hour | 07:00-17:00, 5 days out of 7
KPI Recruiting are looking for Meat Production Operatives to join our client in Sherborne.
No previous experience is required - full training is provided!
This is a hands-on, physical role within an abattoir environment. You will be trained to prepare, dress and trim carcasses to company and customer standards, while following strict health & safety, animal welfare and production procedures.
We're looking for people who:
- Are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Are physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Previous experience in meat production, food production, manufacturing, factory or warehouse work is an advantage but is not essential.
What's on offer?
- £13.50 per hour + £250 bonus after month 1, month 3 and month 6
- Full training provided
- £250 bonus after Month 1, Month 3 & Month 6, subject to eligibility
