Working Hours: Weekend work: 09:00‑16:00

Rate of Pay: £12.21p/h

Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and preparing dishes
  • Being responsible for health and safety
  • Being responsible for food hygiene practices
  • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
  • Experience as a Chef De Partie
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • A good eye for detail/presentation
  • Own knives and own whites
