Part-Time (3-4 Days per Week) | Flexible Working Available

Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

We are seeking an experienced, approachable and commercially minded Senior HR Advisor to join our client’s growing business on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking for flexibility while maintaining a meaningful and influential role within a successful organisation.

Working closely with the Managing Director and senior management team, you will provide hands-on operational HR support, ensuring people processes are effective, compliant and aligned with business needs. You will be a trusted adviser to managers and employees, helping to maintain a positive, professional and well-managed working environment. This role offers flexibility around working arrangements and would suit a confident HR generalist who enjoys working autonomously and building strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR adviser to the Managing Director and senior leaders of the business
  • Provide practical guidance on performance management, absence, conduct, capability, grievance and disciplinary matters
  • Coach and support managers in effective people management and employee conversations
  • Maintain and review employment contracts, the employee handbook, HR policies and procedures
