KPI Recruiting are proud to be supporting a reputable contract manufacturing company based in the Manchester area, soon to be relocating to Accrington. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently calculating and processing quotation requests for material requirements
  • Accurately inputting sales and quotation information into the company’s ERP system
  • Following up quotations via telephone and email, recording outcomes and tracking progress
  • Interpreting engineering drawings (training provided)
  • Conducting business development activities, including reaching out to inactive customers, performing client searches, and distributing targeted marketing materials
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Undertaking some cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong mathematical skills to calculate material requirements and margins
  • Excellent telephone manner and accurate written communication
  • Previous experience in internal sales or selling technical products is desirable
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
