Production ManagerLocation: StokeSalary: DOEThe role:My client is seeking a professional to take full responsibility for all aspects of glazing and firing production. This role focuses on maintaining high quality standards and meeting key performance indicators related to output, yield, and right-first-time performance.Key responsibilities include delivering production plans, managing resources effectively, monitoring both team and automation performance, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.You will also oversee departmental Team Leaders, supporting their development through training, clear communication, and leadership.
