The predicted salary is between 13.2 - 13.2 £ per hour.

We are currently looking to recruit two Production Administrators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business.

Available Positions:

  • Days Administrator: 7am - 4pm
  • Nights Administrator: 10pm - 7am

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain daily production reports and KPI data
  • Collect, analyse and input production information accurately
  • Support the production team with a range of administrative duties
  • Prepare documentation for production meetings
  • Monitor production data and highlight any discrepancies
  • Produce hourly reports and update relevant systems
  • Print production labels and maintain production records
  • Work closely with production and management teams to ensure accurate communication across departments
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reports and production data
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication skills
