We are partnering with a market-leading contractor delivering high-value NEC4 projects across power, energy, renewables, civils, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical sectors. They are looking to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to take full commercial responsibility for projects, with permanent and freelance options and flexible working arrangements.

Role Highlights

• Lead cost control, risk management, valuations, and final accounts

About you

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally on NEC4 contracts
• Sector experience in power, energy, renewables, civils, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Confident managing high-value projects independently
