KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working from our client’s site, based in Wigan.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm

Day to day duties will include:

  • Integrating into the operations of our client site and being the face of KPI Recruiting Ltd.
  • Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations.
  • Liaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teams.
  • Completing inductions and training for temporary employees within the site's agreed process.
  • Evaluating and improving induction processes as and when needed.
  • Overseeing and supporting the onboarding process for temporary staff.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with temporary staff.
  • Arranging and leading engagement events for our temporary employees and client.
  • Supervising temporary employees, monitoring timekeeping and attendance.
  • Coaching and guiding our temporary workers.
