Our client is looking for a proactive and organised After Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Nantwich. The Role
As an After Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the service and aftersales operation, ensuring customer requirements are managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service, repair and aftersales enquiries from customers.
- Scheduling and coordinating service visits, repairs and maintenance work.
- Liaising with engineers, technicians and internal teams to ensure jobs are progressed efficiently.
- Managing customer queries and providing regular updates throughout the service and repair process.
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Processing service-related paperwork, orders and documentation.
- Updating CRM, service management and internal systems with accurate job and customer information.
- Supporting with warranty, repairs and aftersales administration where required.
- Maintaining accurate customer and service records.
- Working closely with sales, service and other internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Supporting the wider team with general service administration, reporting and coordination duties.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has a service or aftersales background, is highly organised and enjoys coordinating customers, jobs and internal teams. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience within a service, aftersales, service administration or coordination role.
- Experience of coordinating engineers, technicians, service visits or repair work would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience using CRM, service management or job management systems would be beneficial.
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping customers informed.
