Our client is looking for a multi-skilled trades person to support their ongoing client's social housing projects with testing and certifying duties.
An experienced multi-trade tradesperson to carry out refurbishment works in social housing properties.
- Working/travelling in teams (where occasional lone working, company vehicle will be provided)
- Contribute towards the delivery of repairs and maintenance service
- Delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards
- Responsible for doing manual work requiring high physical fitness and strength to construct structures or buildings
- Perform physical and manual work
- Carry out all aspects of general maintenance work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
- DIY - Joinery/carpentry such as skirting boards, basic plumbing and electrical, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
- Working to H&S legislation
