Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Field Based – Staffordshire

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30

Up to £20 per hour DOE

Our client is looking for a multi-skilled trades person to support their ongoing client's social housing projects with testing and certifying duties.

An experienced multi-trade tradesperson to carry out refurbishment works in social housing properties.

  • Working/travelling in teams (where occasional lone working, company vehicle will be provided)
  • Contribute towards the delivery of repairs and maintenance service
  • Delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards
  • Responsible for doing manual work requiring high physical fitness and strength to construct structures or buildings
  • Perform physical and manual work
  • Carry out all aspects of general maintenance work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
  • DIY - Joinery/carpentry such as skirting boards, basic plumbing and electrical, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
  • Working to H&S legislation
