A long-standing business based near Irlam is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be:

  • Taking inbound calls and emails from clients regarding new and existing enquiries
  • Raising and sending quotations for new requirements
  • Processing orders, handling orders through to completion
  • Handling invoicing processes, resolving any invoice queries
  • Inputting and updating information within internal systems and databases
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments and customer data
  • Handling complaints, ensuring service levels are maintained at all times

You will have:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a varied sales support/customer service position
  • B2B customer service experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to the office on a daily basis
  • IT literate and quick to learn new systems
