We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Depot Clerk for one of our busiest clients based in Larkhall to work on a 5 on 2/3 off shift pattern, which includes one week of backshift on a rotational basis.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry.
Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Liaise with the traffic department to support on-time deliveries.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their expectations are met.
- Manage and organise files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed.
- Maintain an organised office environment to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
