Role Overview:
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups who require additional help in English
- Assist in raising attainment levels by delivering focused interventions
- Work with gifted students aiming for Russell Group university places
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons

Candidate Profile:
- Achieved a 2:1 or higher in an English-focused degree (Language, Literature, Creative Writing, etc.)
- Strong academic grounding in English is a must

- Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom settings is a bonus, though not required
