Day to Day Duties will include:

  • Building a pool of available drivers through online adverts, referrals, and word of mouth
  • Conducting registration interviews with all driving candidates
  • Supporting on-site driver inductions for clients
  • Working with the wider team to establish leads and drive growth
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Attending weekly visits/service review meetings with clients
  • Working with the compliance team to ensure quality of candidates
  • Ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
  • Working in close conjunction with the other Account Managers to share best practice
  • Managing payroll administration for candidates
  • Working in a busy team environment, a positive attitude is essential!
