Do you love recruitment but don’t like sales? We have an opportunity for a dedicated driving account manager to join an existing team working on a specific multi-site account within a well-established Recruitment Business. You will be focusing on fulfilling the clients’ driver requirements and build campaigns to attract drivers across various locations nationally. You will build relationships within the existing locations to strengthen the partnership whilst developing new stakeholder relationships to expand the supply. This exciting position is based in our Crewe Office and will be working within an established account team for one of our major client accounts.

Day to Day Duties will include:

  • Build strong and effective relationships with the client to strengthen the partnership
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external driving recruitment market
  • Qualify candidates and onboard any new clients
  • Plan labour in line with forecasts for future recruitment requirements
  • Source and pre-screen quality candidates to place into temporary or permanent roles within our clients’ sites
  • Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping with registrations, ensuring time sheets are completed, monitoring holidays etc.
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date in line with government guidelines
  • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that adverts during recruitment process are of a high standard.
  • Actively keep in contact with candidates to maintain strong relationship, and maximise their availability for work
  • Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times

What we are looking for:

  • A driving licence is required for this role to be able to attend client meetings
  • Recruitment or transport experience is required
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Outgoing and ambitious individual
  • Able to build strong positive relationships

  • Ability to manage your own time
